Some legal advice

And as you know it is illegal to practice law without a license, however, there are somethings that you need to know.

If you are an attorney, never tell another attorney you do not need to do that, the Judge made a mistake. First of all, Judges do not make mistakes, just ask them. Second this is especially important if the Judge signed an order that says this needs to happen.  Judges do hear things, mainly because the second attorney will call and ask: “so and so called and said I do not need to do this, yet I have an order that says I do?”  You might want to practice in another State after that phone call.  I do not care how nice the Judge is overall, time to move.

And another good idea is not to come out publicly and say the FBI (or any government agency) is wiretapping my phone illegally.  It doesn’t matter that half the country thinks (knows?) the NSA is already tapping our phones; no self-respecting FBI director no matter how many legal, illegal wiretaps, or no wire taps are going on, they are not going to come out publicly and say they are to anyone.  All you are doing is contributing to mass paranoia that is bad enough, but also letting a FBI director off the hook for anything they may actually be doing. If you do not already have the proof, where are you going to get it now? Best not to upset the people who can best prove or disprove your accusations. I am not saying the FBI is doing anything untowards, no, not me, just some practical advice before opening your mouth and sticking your foot into it.

So, every now and then when dealing with the government and/or the law, you do not need an attorney just some common sense. Otherwise for everything else consult an attorney.
