We just spent almost two weeks and over three thousand miles
on the road and after crossing the Dallas City Limits and in less than tn hirty
minutes five cars almost hit us driving crazy down the highway. Seriously three
cut in front of us while it was raining going 70 miles per hour. The first one
was so bad it ended up slamming on its brakes and going down the middle of two
lanes to avoid hitting us then two others. The two others had also come around
us speeding and were trying to pass us from the right lane and almost hit us
then the first person now in front of us.
This is just insane. There were bad drivers in almost every
city and large town we visited, yet none as bad as Dallas, not even close. As
we tried to exit two cars back to back almost slammed into us. One veered into
the shoulder, then the other. There was full traffic so why they were speeding
was insane.
And yes I am an old person and you can make fun, but after
driving like we did to come home and encounter such stupid driving is just as
the man says “sad”.
Folks all this happened in less than thirty minutes and we
were coming in the back way into Dallas.
Not going to explain that phrase, but not the major highways, yet still
tons of traffic.
So if you are thinking of moving to the DFW area, don’t.
Just don’t. There are already too many people who cannot drive so save yourselves.
Okay will quit whining and let you know my Cowboys’ season
prediction will be posted before Sunday evening’s game. It may be Sunday
afternoon, who knows, but will be up before the game. Currently not overly
optimistic especially since we lost our best lineman to an injury for the first
few weeks of the season and this new defensive coordinator is well, new.
Hopefully better, but new. I need to read some before I get bold.
